Layout Specifications:

Layout A: 3.5" wide by 2.5" tall
Layout B: 3.25" wide by 3.25" tall
Layout C: 3.5" wide by 3.25" tall
Layouts A, B, and C are one or two color options.

Artwork:

All custom magnet artwork must be submitted as a single, high-quality PDF. When making a PDF, please utilize the Adobe PDF Presets [High Quality Print] or [Press Quality].

• The final size of the PDF should be 3.5" by 5.875" (3½" by 5⅞").
• Bleeds must be .094" (3/32")
• Text should not come within .125" (⅛") of the trimmed edges.
• Logos: ideally logos should be submitted electronically as either a vector-based .eps, .ai, or .pdf file (such as would come from a drawing program such as Illustrator) or high resolution (200 dpi or better) .jpg or .tif file. We CANNOT accept .gif files.
  
  If it is not possible to submit electronically then a clean, high-quality, laser-printed hardcopy can be accepted.
• Schedules: ideally should be submitted electronically in either Excel, Word or PDF format.

• Colors: Provide the school colors as either choices from the Cover Colors chart or as Pantone Matching System ^® (PMS) ink colors. Please note that due to the printing process a slight color shift may occur from the Pantone color in the final printed product.
